This second night of two back-to-back shows with the R&B Orchestra and Classics in the City tour over the weekend came to our hometown of Shrewsbury. The band had the pleasure of performing at The Buttermarket, a great music venue for our rural hometown. For this club based show we provided a dedicated sound engineer, who worked with the in-house engineer to ensure a smooth running show.
Our equipment hire package included Sennheiser EW-D radio microphone systems, with handheld transmitters for the singers and a special plug-on transmitter that allows us to give wireless performance to the lead violin and the provided DPA 4099 microphone. Monitoring duties were provided from our stock of Sennheiser G4 in-ear monitoring (IEM) systems for the singers and lead violinist, alongside Behringer P2 wired IEM packs for the band. It was great to be back at our local venue working with this show. If you like late 90s to early 00s R&B music you should get tickets for the show. It’s well worth it!
