This was the third year of Meadowfest, a fantastic charity event that raises funds for the Lingen Davies Cancer Fund. The festival is particularly close to our hearts, as it is organised by our good friend Katie. Supporting an event with such a meaningful cause makes it one of the highlights of our calendar each year.
For this year’s festival, we delivered a large-scale production package centred around our main stage. The build featured a 10m x 9m stage platform with dedicated wings on either side to support the line array system.
The audio system consisted of nine TT+ GTX10 line array speakers flown per side, supported by ten TT+ GTS 29 dual 19” subwoofers. This setup provided exceptional clarity, powerful low-end energy, and more than enough coverage for the entire audience area.
To enhance the visual impact of the stage, we installed a 4m x 2.5m video wall at the rear of the stage. Throughout the event, the screen displayed a mixture of live camera feeds and visual content, helping to engage the audience and add another dimension to the performances.
We also provided a full lighting package, designed to complement the performances and bring the stage to life throughout the day and into the evening. Our lighting technician and video technician worked closely together to synchronise lighting effects and video content, creating a visually stunning show that elevated the overall audience experience.
The result was a professional festival production that helped create an incredible atmosphere while supporting a truly worthwhile cause.
